Rest Assured, we’re accredited by QPA
Quality Practice Accreditation is approved by the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care to accredit general practices across Australia. QPA is the only accreditation provider who specialises solely in general practice and ensures our practice is investing into a standard of quality, excellence and continual improvement. In November ’24, 340 of our patients provided us feedback as a result, were taking the following steps to better your patient experience.- Seeing a doctor or nurse of your choice – Although we may not be able to book you in on your preferred time/day we can pop you on a cancellation list
- Information on fees – we’ve put some more copies of our fees throughout our practice waiting room and a copy on our website. We review our fees annually.
- Treatment by staff – We pride ourselves on our great culture at WFP and we welcome your feedback if you feel as though your treatment was not appropriate. Also, our staff regularly undertake professional development training.
- Waiting time in surgery – Your time is just as important as ours! We’ll make sure we communicate with you if your doctor is running late. If a large delay is expected, we will give you a call before you attend.
