From the 1st of July 2025, due to the high demand of appointments we introduced a DNA (Did Not Attend) fee for repeated appointments missed without one hours’ notice.
We understand that sometimes unavoidable circumstances happen; your doctor will utilize their discretion. A consultation fee charge as per your planned appointment e.g. long scheduled booking will attract a fee of a long consult; determined as per current practice fee listings –Please note: A Medicare rebate is not payable on these fees, in addition, the account must be settled prior to scheduling your next attendance.
